The Catonsville Farmers’ Market located at the Bloomsbury Community Center, 106 Bloomsbury Avenue begins its 2009 season on Wednesday May 6.  The market, which is open to consumers from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., runs every Wednesday (rain or Shine) until Nov. 25, 2009. The market is sponsored by the Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce.

Vendors offer a variety of foodstuffs — from Neopol's smoked meats and Patterson Farm's maple products to Atwaters' savory breads and Calvert Gift's organic produce — there are many options from which customers can choose. And, with two new vendors to the market this year - Hickory Chance Beef and Audias Farm - the harvest has never been so bountiful.

This year's vendors include (visit subsequent websites for additional information): Atwater's, Brad's Produce, Neopol, Swamp Fox Farms, Inc., Calvert's Gift Organic Farm, Glenville Hollow Farms, Patterson Farms Maple Products, Wilson Farm Market, Hickory Chance Beef and Audias Farm.
